SordinHEAR2

Sordin is known for its cutting edge sound reproduction technology. Dual waterproof microphones, one on each cup pick up all the noises around you. The SordinHEAR2 software then amplifies quiet noises around you, making them more audible while dangerous levels of noise are compressed. All this is played back on loudspeakers in each cup in surround sound. This is perfect when you still need to communicate with those around you and maintain situational awareness. In addition, 4 different sound modes are available with SordinHEAR2, hunting, shooting, focus and comms.

Four Sound Profiles

Hunting – The classic setting and the perfect balance between ambient sound and low noise audio.
Shooting – Reduced sound reproduction on a narrower audio frequency spectrum for when your awareness is sufficient.
Focus – Increased sound reproduction on a larger audio frequency spectrum for when you really need to hear everything.
Comms – Sound reproduction is turned off so you can clearly hear your connected comms device.

Sordin Supreme Pro-X SFA

The Sordin Supreme Pro-X SFA is rated at SNR 31dB. Being based on Sordin’s military graded models, the Supreme Pro-X SFA is ready for whatever mission you have planned. The Sordin Flexible Attenuation (SFA) system is perfect for when you are in extreme noise environments. Booster rings and special SFA foam in each cup increase the volume of the cups, giving you a higher SNR rating than the standard Pro-X. Best of all, they are easily removeable so you can adapt your Sordin to changing demands.

Powered by two AAA batteries in a waterproof compartment, the Supreme Pro-X SFA features 400 hours of battery life and an automatic shutoff when not in use for four hours. On the rear you will find a 3.5mm AUX input so you can connect it with radios and other devices, AUX cable included. The slim cup design prevents them getting in the way. The bottom edge is tapered off making it ideal for right- and left-hand shooters.

Slim Leather Headband

The slim headband is especially flexible compared to the standard head band thanks to its special construction. It can be stretched even futher to fit heads with a wider shape. The cups can be removed from the headband and mounted to ARC rails using an adapter. The leather cover makes the headband minimally obtrusive and is easy to clean.

Foam Ear Pads

The standard foam ear pads are the perfect balance of comfort and durability. Despite their robustness, they remain comfortable even after long use times and prevent the buildup of pressure points.
