For orders $99 and up we provide free economy shipping. For all orders below $99, a charge of $9.99 is added for shipping and handling. Express shipping is available for all orders for a shipping and handling fee of $19.99.

Orders that have been paid for and placed by 1PM CST will be processed same day. For orders placed after this time, they will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders made on weekends will first be processed on Monday. Economy deliveries are made by USPS. Express deliveries are made with FedEx 2Day.

Our shipments originate from Texas. Economy delivery times can last between 3 - 6 days depending on your location. Express delivery times will arrive within 2 days of the ship date.

Please note that select Sordin Supreme MIL AUX and MIL CC models ship from Germany. Please allow for 1 - 2 business days for processing and up to 4 business days for shipping. The same shipping policies apply to shipments from Germany. Such shipments are delivered DDP, incurring you no customs costs. Changes can only be made to orders that have not yet shipped. After shipping, ordered products cannot be changed and are subject to the normal return and refund policy as outlined below.

Orders to Texas and Florida are subject to state and local sales tax.

Please note that we do not ship outside of the US.

We offer a 30-day return policy. The return window begins 30 days after receiving your item, requests outside of this time window will not be accepted.

For your order to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, in unworn or unused condition, with tags, documentation, instructions and in its original packaging. If you purchased an item that came with additional pieces including but not limited to batteries, cables, etc., those will need to be present for the return to be valid. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase or a receipt in order to validate the return.

For opened products that are still in new condition and include all individual parts, a restocking fee of $5 will be charged.

For returns concerning incorrect shipping contents, goods damaged on arrival or errors on our end, a free return will be provided.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and warranty

Upon receiving your order, please take the time to inspect it for any potential damage or defects. If your order has been damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately and we can arrange for an exchange of the same item.

If you find that your product suffers from a defect resulting from manufacturing or unexpected failure, please contact us to initiate a claim. Please note that each product is subject to different terms of warranty. Improper use, modification among other things may void the warranty.

Exchange

Exchanges can only be made on the same item. Exchanges on different items or cash payouts will not be accepted. In the event an exchange is agreed upon we will provide you with a shipping label. Upon the product arriving at our location and passing inspection, we will ship the respective product to you.

Refunds

Please allow some time to pass before your refund is authorized. This includes the time it takes to ship and process the item, please see your shipping label and return agreement for this timeframe. Upon arrival the item will be inspected and if found in the right condition we will authorize the refund and notify you.

Payment will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to process. If it has been over 10 days since your return was authorized and no refund has arrived, please contact us at info@ace-schakal.com
